Our Aqa Oysters division operates oyster farms in prime coastal locations in South Australia and Tasmania using advanced growing techniques. The result is fresh, succulent oysters of the highest quality every day of the year. And because Aqa Oysters has so many farms, we can offer variety and unbroken supply.

Aqa Oysters display the unique characteristics of the region where they are grown. This means great choice to suit your tastes and requirements.

In South Australia, our farms are located in the best growing areas along the pristine and rugged coastline of Eyre Peninsula. We own farms at Coffin Bay, Ceduna, Turner Aquaculture, Harbour Fresh, West Coast Oysters in Cowell and Streaky Bay and Smoky Bay. We also own two of Tasmania’s largest farms, Tasmanian Pitt Water Oysters near Hobart and Lease 65 Moulting Bay Oysters at St Helens, on the north-east coast.



South Australia
In South Australia, the farms are positioned on The Eyre Peninsula which encompasses over 2,000 kilometres of pure rugged Australian coastline.

Aqa Oysters are farmed in strong currents of the Southern Ocean, one of the cleanest oceans in the world. With crystal sparkling blue oceans and wild untamed coastline, this region has a raw natural beauty unmatched anywhere in the world.





Tasmania
In Tasmania, our oysters are plucked from crystal-clear coastal waters, the oysters have a national reputation for their freshness and succulent qualities.
